In the event that you are not covered by a fund or organization, you can bring your child to our camp privately.

To register at Xenoiasto Melissi, you must fill out the participation application online. After sending it, you will receive an email that your application has been received and is being processed. Within 3 working days you will receive a new email which will inform you if your booking is confirmed or your application is on the waiting list.

Financial terms:

The price for a camping season of 15 days is 630 euros except for the 5th season (17/08/2024 - 31/08/2024) which is 580 euros and no discounts are given in any period. The reservation of the place is finalized with a deposit of 250 euros and the final payment should be made no later than 10 days before the start of each camping season. As a depositor, you should always put the child's name and the camp season in the justification. In both cases (advance payment, final payment), please send us the bank receipt by email at [email protected].

Payment must be made to the bank.

In case of cancellation, the whole amount is refunded, when it is done up to 5 days before the start of the camping season. The same applies to transfers to a fund or institution (e.g. from an INDIVIDUAL to EFKA).

In case of cancellation in less than 5 days before the start of the camping season, the deposit of €250 euros is withheld and you are given back the rest of the total amount.

In case of premature departure of the child, half of the money is returned when the departure takes place within the first 5 days of the period. For instance, if the camping season starts on Monday, the refund can happen if a camper leaves until Friday.

This year the camp will operate in 5 periods of 15 days each.
